CrystalVibe — Terms of Service

1 Service Overview

CrystalVibe (hereinafter "the Service") is a subscription-based digital content service that delivers HD crystal digital gift boxes, energy guide cards, meditation audio and other digital content to subscribers each month. The Service is pure digital delivery with zero physical fulfillment — no physical goods are shipped.

2 Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans are divided into Basic, Advanced and Premium tiers; details and prices are set on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never store your full card information. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.

Once a subscription is successfully paid for, it takes effect immediately and digital content unlocks right away.
Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email; repeated failures may result in a paused subscription.

3 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect immediately with no fees. After canceling:

Content in the current paid billing cycle remains accessible until the cycle ends.
Auto-renewal stops after the cycle ends, and historical content that was not unlocked will no longer be available for download.
Paid fees are generally non-refundable, except when the Service is unable to provide service for reasons attributable to the Service.

4 Content License

All digital content provided by the Service (including but not limited to crystal imagery, energy guide cards, meditation audio, grids and text archives) is the intellectual property of CrystalVibe and its licensors, for personal, non-commercial use by subscribers only.

Allowed: personal enjoyment, offline listening, printing as personal keepsakes or using as wallpapers.
Prohibited: resale, redistribution, public dissemination, commercial adaptation or removal of copyright watermarks.

5 Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All actions taken through your account are considered yours. If you notice suspicious activity, notify us immediately. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a guardian's consent.

6 Disclaimer

CrystalVibe provides emotional comfort and ritual experiences. We make no claims of spiritual efficacy, fortune-changing or medical benefits, and we do not constitute medical, psychological or alternative medical advice. Crystal healing content derives from traditional and cultural beliefs and has not been certified by any medical or scientific institution. If you are experiencing physical or mental discomfort, please consult a professional. The Service accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from reliance on its content.

7 Service Availability

We make our best efforts to keep the Service running stably, but we are not responsible for interruptions caused by network outages, third-party payment failures, natural disasters or other force majeure events. Digital content is subject to the current version, and we reserve the right to adjust content plans without prior notice.

8 Terms Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in advance by email or on-site notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes arising from the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the Service's place of registration.
